There are many reasons for neck pain in today’s fast, moving society.  Think about it….

  1. Did you get a good night’s sleep last night?
  2. What was the first thing you did upon getting out of bed?
  3. How long is your “to do” list?
  4. How long was your commute or carpool?
  5. What position did you sit in?
  6. How many times did you check your phone/tablet today?
  7. How many hours did you spend in front of a screen?
  8. How heavy is your backpack, purse, computer bag?
  9. Did you travel this week?
  10. How many work stations do you have?

I’m getting tense just think about it!… and I could go on and on and on…

No wonder your shoulders are hanging from your ears!!

Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth and rest your arms by your side…
